1. UGC ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਓਪਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਸਟੈਂਸ ਲਰਨਿੰਗ ਮੋਡ ਅਧੀਨ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ABC ID ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਫ਼ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟਸ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪੋਰਟਲ (www.abc.gov.in) ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ABC ID ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ।

2. ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਫ਼ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟਸ (ABC ID) ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ-ਦਰ-ਕਦਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ। Click Here

3. ਨਵੀਂ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਬੈਂਕ ਆਫ਼ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟਸ ABC ID ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ, ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ABC Id ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ, ਗਲਤ ABC ID ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। https://www.abc.gov.in/login.php

4. UGC-DEB ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਓਪਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਸਟੈਂਸ ਲਰਨਿੰਗ ਮੋਡ ਅਧੀਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ DEB ID ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ UGC-DEB ਪੋਰਟਲ (deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDEBId) ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ DEB ID ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

5. DEB ID ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ-ਦਰ-ਕਦਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ। Click Here

6. ਨਵੀਂ DEB ID ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ, ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ DEB ID ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ, ਗਲਤ DEB Id ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। https://deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDEBId

7. ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ (ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੋ) ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

8. ਦਾਖਲੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਗਲਤ/ਝੂਠੀ/ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹਕੁੰਨ/ਜਾਅਲੀ ਪਾਈ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ/ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

9. ਦਾਖਲਾ ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ UGC ਰਿਫੰਡ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. As per directives of UGC, ABC ID is mandatory to submit online application under Open and Distance Learning mode. Therefore Leaners are advice to get their ABC ID from Academic Bank of Credits, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India portal (www.abc.gov.in) before filling the application form.

4. As per directives of UGC-DEB, getting DEB ID is also mandatory to pursue programme under Open and Distance Learning mode. Therefore, Learners are requested to get their DEB ID from UGC-DEB portal (deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDEBId).

7. Learner must have an active mobile number and an active email ID (do provide own mobile number and email id) for online application.

8. In the event of any information being found incorrect/ false/ misleading/ forged contrary to his/her eligibility at any stage of admission or after admission or even after conferment of degree and thereafter any time in future, the admission as well as the degree will be cancelled by the University and applicants/ student shall not be entitled to get refund of any fee paid to the University.

9. Refund of admission fees will be done as per University rules and regulation in accordance with UGC refund policy.
